SHOP ON AMAZON FRESH & GET A CHANCE TO WIN – CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Weekly Wins: August 11th to 17th 2023)

This “Shop on Amazon Fresh & Get a Chance to Win” contest (“Contest”) is brought to you by Adani Wilmar Limited and is made available on the mobile application of www.amazon.in by Amazon Seller Services Private Limited (“Amazon”). Please read these terms and conditions (“T&Cs”) before entering the Contest. You agree that, by participating in this Contest, you will be bound by these T&Cs and you acknowledge and agree that you satisfy all Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below. These T&Cs are in addition to the Amazon.in Conditions of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using the mobile application of www.amazon.in (hereinafter referred to as “Amazon.in”). To the extent the Amazon.in Conditions of Use are inconsistent with these T&Cs; these T&Cs will prevail with respect to the Contest only. For the purposes of these T&Cs, wherever the context so requires “You” or “Your” shall mean any natural person who is a participant in the Contest.

ELIGIBILITY:

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest: (a) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India; (b) You should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in; (c) You have a billing address within the territory of India; (d) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest; (e) You should enter this Contest through the mobile application of www.amazon.in; and (f) You should have a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport. Employees of Amazon, their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), and Amazon’s affiliates, advisors, and advertising / contest agencies are not eligible to enter the Contest.

NOTWITHSTANDING THE ABOVE, SINCE THE CONTEST IS PROHIBITED IN THE STATE OF TAMIL NADU UNDER THE TAMIL NADU PRIZE SCHEMES (PROHIBITION) ACT, 1979, THE RESIDENTS OF TAMIL NADU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CONTEST.

DETAILS OF THE CONTEST AND HOW TO ENTER:

1. This Contest will be available from 11th August 2023 from 12:00:00 AM (IST) to 17th August 2023 11:59:59 PM (IST) only (“Contest Period”).
2. To enter, you must, during the Contest Period: (a) sign-in to your Amazon.in account. If you do not have an account, you would need to sign-up for an Amazon.in account, to be able to enter into this Contest; (b) once signed-in, you can participate in the Contest by placing a minimum order of Rs. 799/- (Indian Rupees Seven Hundred and Ninety-Nine only) with seller(s) on ‘Amazon Fresh’ through mobile application of Amazon.in; (c) navigate to the Spin & Get a Chance to Win page and click on the “wheel”. Each participant / Amazon.in account, during the Contest Period, will be given only 1 (one) chance to click on the wheel. Based on the result of the spin, you may proceed to claim your Prize, if you are eligible and subject to the terms provided hereunder.
3. Each slice of the wheel may or may not contain Prizes. Upon spinning the wheel, (a) if the pointer stops at a Prize, you would be required to answer a qualifying question correctly, within the given time period, to be eligible to claim the Prize (on which the pointer stopped). There is limited number of Prizes available under the “Win” category. Please see the “Prizes” section below for more details, or (b) if the pointer stops on the slice “Chance to Win”, you would be required to answer a qualifying question correctly, within the given time period, and participate in the random draw of lots. Set number of participants will be selected by such random draw of lots for each Prize (that may be any one of the 3 (three) Prizes identified in the “Prize” section below), who will be declared winners and be eligible to claim the Prize under the “Chance to Win” category. The draw of lots will be carried out at the end of the Contest Period. There is limited number of Prizes available under the “Chance to Win” category. Please see the “Prizes” section below for more details.
4. If you (a) do not respond within the given time period, or (b) answer any question incorrectly, or (c) do not qualify in the random draw of lots, or (d) do not follow all the prerequisite steps, or (e) if the pointer neither stops at a Prize or “Chance to Win”, you will not be eligible to be declared as a winner of the Prize. If you are eligible to win a Prize, you will also be required to prove your age and produce required documents, failing which, you will be disqualified from the Contest and will not be eligible to receive a Prize.
5. All winners will be required to have their mobile numbers verified with Amazon.in so as to claim the Prize.

Note: Only complete entries received during the Contest Period will be considered.

PRIZES:

Subject to fulfillment of these T&Cs, the below “Prizes” (that includes Prizes available to participants under “Chance to Win” category) will be awarded, under this Contest, to such number of winners as provided in the table below under:

1. Each Prize of Rs. 500 Amazon Pay Balance – Total 250 Prize(s). A winner is eligible to claim only 1 (one) Prize.
2. Each Prize of Rs. 1000 Amazon Pay Balance – Total 100 Prize(s). A winner is eligible to claim only 1 (one) Prize.
3. Each Prize of Kitchen appliances worth Rs. 5999 – Total 3 Prize(s). A winner is eligible to claim only 1 (one) Prize.

“Amazon Pay Balance” is a sum of all the balances associated with Amazon.in Gift Cards in your Amazon.in account. The use and redemption of Amazon Pay Balance will be governed by the “Terms and Conditions – Amazon Pay Balance: Money” (available at https://www.amazon.in/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=202123460.

Any graphics of the Prize, as depicted in any communication regarding the Contest, are for representation purposes only. The actual Prize may differ in color and appearance. There are no cash or other prize alternatives available in whole or in part. However, in circumstances beyond Brand’s control, the Brand may substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value at Brand’s sole discretion. If you win a Prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the Prize for cash. Subject to the winner claiming the Prize within the given time period, the Prize will be dispatched/delivered to the winner on or before 31st August 2023.
